"That's our target. We want of course complete focus and commitment and be completely concentrated on what we want to achieve. I think we know have some ground to make up and the fight around the top four is very difficult. The target is of course consistency now."

"Yes there is a distortion between the quality they have to go forward when you look at the names they have on the team sheet because Benteke, Agbonlahor, Weimann they can all score goals. But I think they suffered a lot from Agbonlahor's injury, Benteke was out for a long time. When everybody is there it is a team that looks quite dangerous going forward."

"What I see is first of all a great quality for our defenders, a level of concentration, physically capable to adapt to the Premier League because he is quite good size. He is quick as well, great commitment level in the challenges and he is young, 24 years old. That's a good age for a central defender as well."
