The trial of 21 defendants handed the death sentence, and five sentenced to life imprisonment for football violence was postponed on Sunday.
Under the chairmanship of Justice Mohamed Saeed Mohammed, the Port Said court decided to postpone the retrial of the defendants in the case of the massacre of Port Said sports stadium.
Family of the victims though, believe justice is around the corner...
"Justice is coming, god willing, no matter how long it takes, his father spent three years in this court room, chasing after this case, until he passed away, he died of heartbreak, and until today he didn't see justice for his son. I will continue for him."
While representatives of the accused believe whatever the outcome, fairness will be maintained....
"The court requested the response of the defendants, it will review the videos that the prosecution mentioned, it will see everything, and then it will listen to the defendants case, the trial is moving forwards with integrity, and absolute fairness, I would like to assure everyone that the parents of the victims will definitely receive their rights as well as the defendants."
The massacre, which took place in early February 2012, left 72 people dead and 254 others wounded as violence broke out after a football match.
