Andrew Barrowman scored his second goal of the season as Morton beat Stirling 2-0 to move up to third in the Scottish League One table.
The hosts broke the deadlock in the 33rd minute when Barrowman fired in from close range after Stirling goalkeeper Callum Reidford had pulled off a fine save to keep out Joe McKee's initial effort.
The Ton almost doubled their lead eight minutes after the break when Stefan McCluskey let fly from the middle of the box but Stirling defender Lee Hamilton was on hand to head his goal-bound effort off the line.
Morton doubled their lead five minutes before the end when substitute David McNeil rifled in his first league goal from close range.
